Why buy local
- You can meet the family. See where your puppy is raised, and meet the parents.
- No stress of travel. A short drive means a calm pickup day, and you can skip air shipping.
- Local support. We can share vet and trainer ideas, and answer questions after pickup.
- Climate matched. Our puppies grow up in the same NC climate they will live in.
What to expect when you visit
When you arrange a visit, you will meet our dogs and see how the puppies live: in our home, around kids and everyday noise. Bring any questions, and tell us about your household. If you are on the waiting list, we will share updates and photos as the puppies grow. Some families come once to meet us; others visit several times before pickup.
Price and what is included
Puppies run $3,500 to $5,500 depending on the pedigree of the pairing. Every puppy goes home with AKC registration, a microchip, deworming and first shots, plus a toy and a blanket that smells like the litter. A $500 deposit holds your place. See how much an English Lab puppy costs in NC and our pricing page.
Prefer not to drive?
We offer ground transport at $2 per mile round trip, and air transport from $850 to $2,000 depending on flight and distance. Read flying vs. driving to compare.
Choosing a good breeder in North Carolina
Whether you pick us or someone else, look for health testing, transparency and a breeder who asks about your family. Our guide on choosing a Labrador breeder in North Carolina walks you through it, and our list of questions to ask will help.
Life in the Triangle with a Lab
North Carolina is a great place to own a Lab. Greenways, lakes and trails provide plenty of exercise, and mild winters mean year-round outdoor time. Summers are hot and humid, so plan walks early or late in the day, bring water and keep an eye on paws on hot pavement.

Getting to us from around the Triangle
Most families reach us by heading east from Raleigh on US-70 or I-40 and taking the exits toward Clayton and Archer Lodge. We will send exact directions when you book a visit. Because we are a home, not a storefront, visits are by appointment, which keeps things calm for the dogs and gives each family time.
